I strongly advise against using this company. Back in August 2018, I faced issues with my machine. They don’t have a phone number, just a remote office address, and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. You’ll be frustrated by autoresponders, falsehoods, delays, and disjointed communication. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn folks to shop elsewhere. Even if their offers look tempting, it’s all a SMOKE SCREEN, and you should steer clear of this company.

I reached out to Maple for a replacement Mac after my 2011 Macbook Pro was deemed to have a logic board/GPU failure that couldn't be repaired. Charles from Maple mentioned they might be able to sort it out. And guess what? They did! They saved me a bunch of cash and helped keep a solid machine running for hopefully a few more years. If someone tells you your device is toast, definitely get a second opinion. I'm really impressed with Maple's service and know-how (plus, they’re doing their part to keep good electronics from ending up in the trash!)

Maple UK was super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. When the plug on the power supply for the Mac I got my son for Christmas broke, I reached out to Maple to check if it was under warranty. I was thrilled that they decided to cover it, and to top it off, the replacement was sent out that very afternoon and delivered straight to my son at a time that worked for him. At first, I ran into some issues with a refurbished Apple MacBook Pro I purchased. Charles at Maple was super helpful throughout the process. There were a few hiccups with deliveries that impacted many folks during the holiday season. It was definitely not the best timing. I guess it’s a bit unfair to take off a star for that. When I’m working with a new company, I tend to feel a bit anxious. Like many others, I’ve gotten used to sticking with brands I trust, but that’s gotta change. Maple UK managed to resolve the issue, so I feel good about buying from them again. I’m really pleased with the laptop.
